I am very sorry to hear about Mrs. Rey's passing. She was like another grandmother to me growing up but was taught out of respect to call her Mrs. Rey. I remember all the summer picnics spent at her house and even today when I eat eggplant I think of her because she was the one that got me to try it all those years ago. She lived a long life and everyone loved her. You are now in heaven with your husband looking over all of us.

I was very happy that my Aunt, Shirley Sniffin called to tell me of Sylvia's passing. it makes me sad for her family but happy in some way that she will be with my father and he will tease her and love her as he did when they were together. one thing I remember of Sylvia was how real she was, there was nothing silly or fake about her. I am sending these thoughts with love for all of her family.
She is a lovely woman and inspirational in her strength. I am proud to have a connection to her and her family and know my mother and father are with her now.
I am sending you all much love and prayers.
Kimberly Anne Cervera Winter.
