Dad your always be watching us, as I held your hand on your last breath I knew you were at peace. Life will never be the same but we know we did everything as you wished. May you watch over Kaja like you did with Octavia. Me and Michael and mommie love you so much

Slyski,
Although, It saddens me deeply to see you go so early; I am glad that i took the opportunity to visit you and say my goodbyes during your last days.
You were a great husband, father, grandfather, and friend. I'm glad to have been able to spend time with you over the last 11 years. We've made many memories together working on projects, cruising around on our bikes, fishing, family trips and parties. All those memories will live forever in our hearts and minds. I wish you had more time with us to make more.
You gave me greatest gift of all; Your daughter Angelika. In return i think we gave you the greatest gift; your grand daughter. You were always good at bringing out the best in her; making her giggle, smile and laugh. Those were the best memories. Watching you walk you Angelika down the isle, I was fighting so hard to keep back the tears that i look angry in all the photos lol. Watching you hold Octavia for the first time knowing how terrified you were because of how delicate she was. Angelika and i will never let Octavia forget who you were.
Your fight is over now, I promise to keep the family you helped to create safe.
We miss you and may you never be forgotten.
Love your son-in law,
Kevin Carlson.

Dear Dad,
Though you´re no longer here with us, your presence still fills my heart. I miss our talks, your laughter, and the warmth of your love. Thank you for the memories and the lessons you left behind; they guide me every day. I carry you with me in everything I do, and I hope to make you proud.
Always in my heart,
Angelika Carlson
