Tabitha Jean Rutledge

Tabitha was a kind and gentle person who will be truly missed. I will always remember the fond childhood memories that we shared. One memory that particularly stands out is when we were in the 5th grade at Powderly Elementary School, Tabitha started a campaign to write from one to one million in a notebook. By doing this, she inspired the rest of the kids to follow suit. She always had the ability to inspire others to do something positive. Thoughts of her sweet personality and radiant smile are forever etched in my memory.
