I met Tammy at CHNOLA. She was by far the most thoughtful and caring soul. We were business associates for 20 years. I will always remember when my baby girl was in ICU for RSV, Tammy offered her suite as soon as she heard my daughter was in the hospital. We always kept in touch. She will be sorely missed.

There is a song we sing in church that says "Let the work I've done speak for me..." Tammy was my Administrator for over 20 years, and the relationship grew into friendship. She was one of the most dedicated employees CHNOLA will ever have. Her work ethic was stellar and she gave her all to any task assigned. My husband and I want her family to know we appreciated the love and support she showed toward our efforts to bring CHNOLA to Baton Rouge. She attended every event and Christmas Party we gave in BRG. During the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina she gave of her own money to help fellow employees and offered shelter to them as well. Tammy was one of a kind! God chose another flower for his Heavenly bouquet. You will all be in our hearts and prayers.

There are so many memories that flood through my mind. Tammy was the kindest person I´ve ever met. She was always supportive of me and everyone else. When she first became sick, I´ll never forget our conversation. She said "No matter what happens, I´ll be fine". Her faith was an inspiration to me and I work toward her level of faith daily. The love she had for her family was unmatched. Tammy was always looking out for everyone else. I know, with zero doubt, she is with the good Lord and at peace in heaven. She was a true angel to so many while on this earth. I love you Tammy, until we see each other again
