Tammy Grandbois Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Oct. 1, 2025.
Titi Tammy Marie "Tam" Grandbois (née Beattie), age 56, of Chicopee, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on September 28, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. Born on September 16, 1969, in Holyoke, Massachusetts, Tammy lived a life rooted in love, family, and unwavering faith.

Tammy was educated in the Chicopee Public Schools and later became certified as a home health aide. Her nurturing spirit and dedication to caring for others extended far beyond her profession-it was the foundation of how she lived her life. She was a proud family woman whose greatest joy came from being a sister, mother, auntie, and most especially a grandmother. She was the heart of her family-the glue that held everyone together through every season of life.

Tammy is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband Roland; her daughter Tiffany and son-in-law Jay; her son Michael; and her cherished grandchildren: Talyn, Romello, Zareyah, Niellah, and Willow Mina. She also leaves behind her beloved siblings Laura Lee, Brenda, Holly, and Gregory; as well as her treasured nephew Leland and nieces Aaliyah and Bella.

She now joins in eternal rest her dear daughter Felisha and her parents Gail and Doug.

Tammy's love for life was evident in everything she did. She had a passion for reading and writing and found joy in crafts that reflected her creativity. Her kitchen was always filled with the comforting aromas of home-cooked meals-she loved cooking and baking for those she held dear. Holidays were especially meaningful to Tammy; she made each one magical with thoughtful touches that brought warmth to every gathering.

She found peace at the beach and had a deep appreciation for lighthouses-symbols of guidance that mirrored the role she played in so many lives. Whether boating on open waters or sitting around a bonfire while camping with family, Tammy embraced every moment with gratitude. She enjoyed gardening in the sunshine, shopping trips filled with laughter, spontaneous visits to casinos for fun escapes, and the thrill of riding Harley-Davidsons.

Above all else, Tammy's faith anchored her life. She loved Jesus deeply and prayed every day. Her spiritual strength uplifted those around her during both joyful celebrations and difficult times

Tammy Marie Grandbois will be remembered as the matriarch of her family-a woman who believed fiercely in those she loved and never hesitated to show it. Her legacy lives on through the traditions she created, the love she gave so freely, and the strength she instilled in all who knew her.

May her memory bring comfort to those who carry her spirit forward.

Services for Tammy will be private per the family's request.
