Tanya Taylor Goff

Mrs. Goff was my third grade teacher. A gentle soul. I didn't get along with teachers back then, but she was one of my favorites. I even ended up marrying two school teachers, one of whom I'm still married to. I loved Mrs. Goff also.

So deeply sorry to hear about Tanya. She was a great southern lady whose elegance and kindness were experienced by all who knew her. We will keep you and your family in our hearts and prayers;

John, Tanya,as you know, was such a wonderful friend. She and I spent many hours playing bridge which resulted in our getting our life Master together. She was so smart and a delight to be with. John, Friends in Columbus sent me the newspaper announcement of Tanya's death. I am so sorry. Cancer claimed Vince 5 years ago so I know there are no words I can offer. My thoughts and prayers are with you

Dear Johnny Mac and Family.I was saddened to hear of Tanya's passing.I was a student at Camden High(Class of 1967) when you two were teachers there.I had you as a teacher ,but never take French.Later I became a teacher and principal myself.I married Jean Chickering, Chick's widow and Jean talked about how nice Tanya was-not sure how they really knew each other?Jean died in April,2014,so I know exactly what you are going though and will go though.I am sorry for your loss and will have you and your family in my thoughts and prayers!
