TANYA MABE Obituary
SUMMERFIELD — Miss Tanya Delaine Mabe, 47, passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2012, at her home.
Tanya's funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 21, at Forbis & Dick Brooke Chapel with Rev. Danny Janes and Mr. Milton Todd officiating. Burial will follow in the Liberty Wesleyan Church Cemetery.
A Guilford County native, Tanya was born on December 8, 1964 to Moses and Cyntha Hutcherson Mabe. Tanya's time revolved around family, whether it was playing on her father's softball team, or following her son's sports activities. She also enjoyed league bowling, and attended Liberty Wesleyan Church.
Surviving are her mother Cyntha H. Mabe, her son Tanner Sean Mabe of Summerfield, her brother Sean Mabe of Greensboro a special cousin Kim Danaho, and special family member Leigh Murphy.
She was preceded in death by her father Moses Mabe, Jr. in 2003.
The family will receive friends this evening, Wednesday, from 6 until 8 p.m. at Forbis & Dick Brooke Chapel in Stokesdale, and other times at her mother's home.
