Dear Martin Family,
I am the grandmother of Aaron, who lives with the Jacksons and considereds JJ his brother. I was reading through JJ's guest book when I saw the message from you to JJ's family. I knew instantly, that Tawny, like JJ, had been reared by a wonderful Christian family. I have read the many wonderful memories concerning your beautiful Tawny, and knew that both these teenagers were so special and so loved by all who knew them. You have been in my prayers from the moment I received word of this tragic accident. I am praying for God's comfort and peace to continue to surround you, and relieve your family of all pain concerning this great loss. May God bless you in every possible way. I am overwhelmed by your kindness to the Jackson famly. You will find them to be a loving and caring family, also. They continue to take in people who need a good home, and to treat them like family.
In God's Love,
Betty Murphy

Martin family, Corey and friends,
I wanted to wish you my sincerest condolences. I didn't know Tawny. My children and I have considered the Jackson's family for more than 16 years and we wanted to let you know that we are very sorry for your loss. Knowing that you have reached out to Johnny, Karen and Kaitlynn through your own pain and loss shows great compassion and it shows the type of individual your daughter was. I know that she and JJ will be missed but I know that they were taken on that night for a reason and that God is not done with them. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your entire family. God Bless You All. Jeanna (JJ's "Aunt")

Tawny was and is an Angel. We shared many great memories together, memories that I will never forget. Memories that I will hold dear in my heart forever. I will cherish the time that we spent together, and now that time was never enough. I was with Tawny for over a year, before God called her home and in that time that we were together, she made such an impact on my life. She showed me how I should live, which was living everyday to the fullest. I know that Tawny is happy now, and that is what keeps me going. I love you sweetheart. Roy, Lynn, Noah, Martin Family, and Mayo Family, my thoughts and prayers are with you. I have found strength in God, and I know that you have too. Be strong. Thats how Tawny would want us to be. We know that she is in a better place, and we know she is in God's Kingdom riding the best of horses, with the best of people. She will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her. Once again, there will always be a place in my heart for you Tawny, one that no one will ever be able to replace, I love you baby!!!
Words of Strength and Encouragement
" For He Himself has said, 'I will never leave you nor forsake you.' So we may boldly say: The Lord is my helper; I will not fear" (Hebrews 13:5-6).

We have so many great memories of Tawny and her family. The Butterfly Foursome, Bailey, Jessica, Michelle and Tawny. All those wonderful middle school years with sleepovers. The girls up all night talking. Birthday parties. Horsebacking riding and the picnics. CCD at the Martin's home and poor Chase the only boy with all those girls. Please know that we are thinking of you at this sad time.

Hey Uncle Roy and Aunt Lynn, this is Kristy just wanted to tell you that we love you and that we are praying for you and Tawny everyday. I miss her very much and wish everyday that she was back and that we could have had more time together but we know that she is in a much better place and that she is looking down on us now with that big smile. I am sure that she has more horses up there with her than she knows what to do with. I will always remember the lake house and the long summers at Grandma and Grandpa's. The holidays won't be the same without her, but we will always have the story's to tell. Love you very much and we are thinking of you. Kristy, Chris, and Owen

Dear Mr and Mrs. Martin,
Your prayers, kind words and outreach to the Jackson family is one of the most gracious acts I have ever witnessed. With people like you for parents, it is no wonder that Tawny was so loved and respected by those that knew her.
We are sorry for your loss and are praying for you and your family daily.
God's grace is sufficient and His strength is made perfect in our weakness. 2 Cor 12:9
Prayerfully,

I couldn't believe it when I heard that Tawny had passed away. When Tawny was here in Maryland she was one of my very best friends and I have so many fond memories of hanging out with her. She was really a wonderful person and friend, and I regret with my whole heart that I had lost contact with her over the years. I know that she will be missed by any and everyone who has had the pleasure of meeting her. Love you Tawn...

I had the pleasure and honor of teaching Tawny her senior year in the dual-credit government course she was taking. She was a fantastic, energetic, and smart young lady. The MCC community and campus has lost one of its brightest.

I will miss Tawny terribly. She was a very special person to me and loved animals as I do. She bought me a rabbit for my birthday last year but my dad wouldn't let me have it since I live in town. She is with God and I pray that he takes very special care of her as she did everything and one on earth.

We got to see Tawny only once a year at our Martin Reunion. She endeared herself to everyone by her dancing performance when she was only about 5 or 6. What a perfect little doll she was. We all called her "Little Pineapple." She always participated in whatever went on at our family reunion; always sweet and cordial and what a smile. Our family reunion will be difficult this summer without pretty Tawny. We love you Roy and Lynn and Noah. Noah, Drew is praying for you each day. Billy and Betty (or Aunt PooBoo) Steele

Tawny will be missed so much. My family met Tawny through C.Plant and his family. She shared many times with us at our home and at the Plants home. Tawny was an angel and enriched our lives to the fullest. My family will always treasure the times we had. Most often we will remember she ate everything with Ranch dressing! May God give you peace knowing she is in heaven looking down watching us to our resting place.

I didn't know Tawny but she seemed to have been a wonderful young lady. I too attend St. Eugene in McGregor and she and her family are part of my Christian family. I feel like I knew her from all the things I have heard of her. Her goodness, good Christ-like qualities, and almost perfect life. I know she changed one person's life in the past three weeks, that was Lee. I thank her and her family for her up bringing and strength to have changed Lee's life. I hurt for you. May God keep you all in his arms.
