Taylor Jane Ignaszewski, age 22, of Kiester, MN, died Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, MN, surrounded by loved ones. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Wells, MN. Visitation will be Saturday, April 29, 2017 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM, at the church. Taylor was born January 28, 1995 in Albert Lea, MN, to Jason Ignaszewski and Jodi Ann Meyer. She attended United South Central High School in Wells, MN, and Alden-Conger High School in Alden, MN, where she was active in softball. After high school, Taylor worked at Dairy Queen in Wells, and most recently as a PCA. She enjoyed helping people and was adored by all the residents she cared for. One of Taylor's proudest moments was the birth of her and Isaac's son Hayden. "Big Dude" was the light of her life and brought her much joy and laughter. Taylor enjoyed reading and watching horror movies. She had a passion for music and loved going to concerts, specifically Kiss with her dad and Uncle Willy. Taylor loved animals, especially her dogs. Taylor's smile was like a ray of sunshine that lit up the room. She had many close friends, including her best friend and mate, her sister McKayla, and her beloved momma, Jodi. Taylor's presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Taylor is survived by her son Hayden Haukoos and his dad, Isaac Haukoos both of Kiester, MN; father Jason Ignaszewski (Kay Mondahl) of Waseca, MN; best friend and sister McKayla Rathai and niece Allie of Wells, MN; brother Jagger Ignaszewski of Janesville, MN; grandparents: Nana, Annie Recknor of Wells, MN, Richard Ignaszewski of Wells, MN, Linda (John) Stallman of Blue Earth, MN, Julie Meyer of Wells, MN; aunts, uncles, cousins; and friends Daniel Larson, and Diane (Sonnek) Hodgson, "Momma D", who cared for Taylor and her son like they were her own. She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Jodi Rathai; grandfathers: Cliff Meyer and Mike Recknor; and nephew Carter Redig. You will always be Daddy's "Precious".

Taylor was the best friend I could have ever asked for. When I was having a bad day her smile always made me feel better. She was an amazing mother, and sister. This world is definitely not the same without her!

When your heart is empty, filling it with happy memories can help you find your smile.
Its hard for us to understand why our loved ones are taken from us way to early.
They are always close in our hearts with our beautiful memories. Hold them close to your heart.
