David Robert Nichols

David R. Nichols, 54, of Round Lake, IL, passed away on December 31, 2022. David had a 30-year career in Property Management and Residential Repair/Remodeling in Lake, McHenry and Cook Counties, as well as interests in live classic rock concerts, fast cars, boats and bikes. David was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia (Logan) Rainey-2017, his father Robert Nichols-1983, and his Brother-in-Law John Malloy, earlier this month. David is survived by his wife, Cynthia (Whitens) Nichols, a daughter, Krystal (Jordan) Wert and his first grandchild expected in March 2023, Two (2) sisters, Roberta (John) Malloy of Des Plaines, IL and Joann (Mike) Graf of Maricopa, AZ, Aunt April (Tim) Maloney, Sister-in-Law, Sandra (Steve) Norton and Brother-in-Law, Jeff (Adela) Whitens in Kenosha County. David is also survived by nieces Carolyn Malloy of Wheeling, IL, Molly Malloy of Des Plaines, IL, Natalie Whitens-Cerone and Sarah (Dustin) Bohn and Sheila Rogel of Kenosha, WI, and nephews Zach Graf and Alex Graf of Maricopa, AZ, David (Margo) Norton of Chicago, Jeremy (Amanda) Whitens, Tim (Alyssa) Whitens of Kenosha, WI and Alex Rogel of Bristol, WI, and several great nieces and nephews locally.

Memorial Services are January 6, 2023, with reception to follow at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Antioch, IL, 3:00 PM.
