In memory of

Early in my career, during an office reshuffle, I was added to the planning team Terry was on. Though the team leader did not like being forced to add me to his team, Terry, who was the Team's senior planner, made me feel welcome and showed me the ropes.
We unfortunately lost touch after we both left the agency, but I will always remember her for the kindness she showed to me as the newbie. As Maya Angelou said, "At the end of the day people won't remember what you said or did, they will remember how you made them feel."
May you rest in peace, Terry.

I am so sorry for your loss. I met Terry in the early 2000s at the SFRPC where we worked together, and continued to work together when she was at the SFWMD. She taught me a lot about land use, etc., and I appreciated her patience with me. She loved her cats! My heartfelt condolences. Kathe Lerch
