Rosella Mae Hogue Pine

Rosella Mae Hogue Pine, 82, of Terre Haute, died at 5:25 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2009, in Union Hospital. She was born on Oct. 21, 1926, in Dennison, Ill., to Leroy Hogue and Flora Ellen Davis Hogue. She retired from Union Hospital after many years of service.Survivors include, four daughters, Cheryl Counterman and her husband Russell of Riley, Brenda Harmon, Sonya Shafer and her husband Mike and Camilla Steadman, all of Terre Haute; three sons, Freddy Pine and Randall Pine, both of Terre Haute, and Adrian Pine Jr. and his wife Rexann of Clinton; two stepdaughters, Barbara Waggoner and her husband Howard of Terre Haute and Beverly Kane and her husband Roger of Iowa; a sister, Sarah Jane of Illinois; a brother, Donald Hogue and his wife Jeanette of Terre Haute; 33 grandchildren; 21 stepgrandchildren; and several great and great-great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband, Adren Pine; her parents; three sons, Larry, Terry and Kevin Pine; a stepdaughter, Irma; and three grandchildren, Cheryl, Angel and Adrianna.Funeral services are 2 p.m. Monday in Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 N. Third St., in West Terre Haute, with Pastor Bill Benton officiating. Burial is in Pleasantview Cemetery. Visitation is 11 a.m. until service time Monday.
