Born in St. Louis on July 7, 1948, he was a son of the late Frank William and Fran Caroline Lehmann Rogles. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines having served in Vietnam, and worked as a machinist. Mr. Rogles was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Surviving are his wife, Rose Rogles of the home; two daughters, Sandy Rogles Shepard and husband Farron of Sneads Ferry, Sharon Rogles Garcia-Somuk and husband Luke of Hubert; two brothers, Dennis Rogles and Ronnie Rogles, both of St. Louis; a sister, Kathy Wade of St. Louis; and five grandchildren, Sidney Shepard, Teri Shepard, Ryan Shepard, Cole Garcia-Somuk and Brauk Garcia-Somuk. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a son, Scot Warren Rogles, and a sister, Patsy Williams.
Services will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Rose Rogles; care of First Citizens Bank, 302 Main St., Swansboro, N.C. 28584.
Arrangements are being handled by Jones Funeral Home in Swansboro.
