Terry Seekford Obituary
He was born on February 6, 1954 in Harrisonburg and was the son of the late Isaac Seekford, Sr. and Louise Mauck Seekford.
Terry was a member of Harrisonburg Baptist Church and was employed with Nielsen Construction Company.
On April 20, 2000 he married Elizabeth Jane Moore Seekford, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, Scottland Seekford; and step-children, Jeremy Bowers, Joshua Bowers and wife, Natalie, Samuel Baker, Jr.; step-grandchildren, Albany & Gabriel "Gabby" Bowers; brother, Larry Seekford; sisters, Susie Brown and Barbara Stroop; numerous nieces and nephews; and best friend, Casper the dog, his baby.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald Seekford and Isaac Seekford, Jr.
The family will receive friends 7-8 PM, Tuesday, October 4, at Lindsey Funeral Home in Harrisonburg.
A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM, Wednesday, October 5, at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens with Pastor Glenn Early and Pastor T.W. Johnson officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Lindsey Funeral Home in Harrisonburg, to help with funeral expenses.

Prayers to you my sister, Terry is in he heaven now,no suffering ,no pain,and breathing like he hasn't in many years.This is not life's end for him.It is the beginning. because he trusted Christ he now lives again.God bless and stay strong, Condolences to the entire family. Love Karen
