Terry Lee Wallace, 69, of McPherson, KS, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 15, 2023, at Salina Regional Health Center. Terry was a Clayworks artist and a longtime client of Disability Supports of the Great Plains.
He was born May 4, 1954, in Paris, Illinois, the son of Carlos L. and Margaret I. (Simpson) Wallace. He was one of four children born to the Wallace family.
Survivors include: two sisters, Juanita Poppleton of McPherson, KS and Zola Brummet of Wrightwood, CA; a nephew, Timothy Kramer of McPherson, KS; guardian, Vaughn Ingram of McPherson, KS; and all his caregivers and extended family at Disability Supports.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert Wallace.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, December 22, at Harmony Christian Church, McPherson. Inurnment will be at the Forsythe Cemetery near Paris, Illinois at a later date.
Memorial donations may be given to Disability Supports of the Great Plains in care of Stockham Family Funeral Home, 205 N. Chestnut, McPherson, KS 67460.
