DR. THÉRÈSE LENA (née Herzig)
Peacefully in Ottawa, with her sons by her side, on Monday, December 3, 2018, in her ninety-eighth year. Devoted wife of the late Sigmond Shore and the late Edward John Greenberg. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Michel and Barbara, Jacques and Donna. Cherished grandmother of Betty and Yaal Herman, Sigmond and Sari Shore, Loren Shore and Jessica Seidman; Emily Shore and fiancé Adam Gold, Amanda Shore. Proud great-grand-mother of Ashi, Shmaya, Roey, Yonadav and Avigal Herman; Tal-Or and Emery Shore, Noah and Lily Shore, Victoria Shore. Loving sister and sister-in-law of Adam and Anne (Hunni) Herzig. She will be fondly remembered by her thousands of admiring students for her teachings and her writings. Heartfelt gratitude to Drs. Heather Galbraith, Jill Rice, Nassoh Hafez, Tim Shapiro (Philadelphia), Timothy Woods (Philadelphia). Special thanks to the exceptional nursing staff 2nd floor Rockcliffe Residence, Shannon, Sam, Jocelyn N., Elise, Alison, Ilam, Jocelyn V., Mary, and Marishu for their care and devotion. Funeral service from PAPERMAN & SONS, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. Montreal, on Tuesday, Dec. 4 at 2:00 P.M. Burial in Montreal. Shiva to be announced.
