Thaddeus (Ted) Kubik, 73, a lifelong Cleveland, OH resident, passed away quietly at home after a long battle with cancer. Proceeding him in death were his parents Jozef and Daniele Kubik. He is survived by Dianne, his devoted wife of 53 years, two loving daughters, Jacki Dixon (Terry) and Nicole Victoria Kubik, cherished grandfather of Matt (Megan), Nathan (Kahryn), Natalie (Alex), and Courtney (Matt) along with two sisters, Chris and Liz.

Ted was a devoted and loving husband who shared his passion for life with his family. He enjoyed the beauty and solace of his garden.

There will be a memorial service August 28, 2025, from noon - 2 pm at Holy Name Church 8328 Broadway Avenue, Cleveland OH 44105. Immediately following will be a mass at the same location.
