Phil & Greg,
There are not enough words to share our sorrow nor to describe the joy we had in knowing Thea since 1974 when we met in Plymouth, MA.
Over the years, her smile & laugh; love of all things Maine; interest in children; ability to make every event a party; and her devotion to her family shone through every time we were with her.
Our daughters always enjoyed their time with her whether at her house in Buckfield, camp at Worthley Pond, or helping out with Trail Magic on the AT.
We were so fortunate that we knew her and that she was able to enrich our lives.
You are in our thoughts.

So sorry for your loss Philip. I didn't know Thea but I do remember all the family get togethers at your mom and dads and Grandma Thiessen's house. It sounds like you and your family have had a good life. I'm happy for you. May God bless you and your family and may peace and joy return to all of you in time.
Love to you all, Linda Thiessen Stark

Please accept our sincere condolences. May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times that you shared together. May the underserved kindness of our Heavenly Father provide you with the comfort that you need. (Psalms 94:19)

Gosh, Everyone - I am so so so sad to read this. Thea was in touch with me on 1/28 asking how best to reach me as she had some news for me - ahhhh, and I never heard back from her - now I know why. Theeeeee was such a WONDERFUL friend and trouble maker with me as we journeyed through Middle School, High School and College together (and camp). We never stopped laughing . . . ever. I send my LOVE to you all and again, am beside myself with sadness. Please let me know, if appropriate where and when her FL service is and also the one in Maine in July. With warmth and prayers to you all - Sue Stocker McMullan
