We were deeply grieved to learn of Thelma's death. We shared so many happy moments during our high school days at Wheatley High School.

She will be remembered, fondly, for her superior qualities and quiet, modest demeanor.

Ms. Carvin was a valuable asset to the employees during her years of service as a union representative, while working for the U.S. Postal Service. She helped me and so many others and it was truly a pleasure in knowing and working with her. She was always dedicated to your cause and showed genuine concern with your particular problem. She will be greatly missed. My prayer are with the family in their time of sorrow. Remember, GOD IS ABLE.
