Theodore Daniel "Ted" Binkowski

Ted Binkowski, beloved brother and uncle, passed away in Niantic, Ct. on March 21, 2023 with family by his side. He was born on October 9, 1951 in Middletown, Ct. He was a lifelong resident of Middletown.

Ted graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in Middletown. He held various jobs throughout his life, with his favorite being at Record Express on Main St, where he enjoyed sharing his passion for rock and roll.

In his youth, Ted enjoyed traveling with a bus pass across the United States, making friendships and cherishing the experiences. He was also a devoted fan of the New York Yankees.

Ted is survived by his sister Nancy Binkowski Marino and brother-in-law Sal Marino of Yarmouth Port, Ma, niece Allison Marino McDonough of Dedham, Ma. and
nephew Andrew Marino of Old Lyme, Ct. He was preceded in death by his parents Philip and Beatrice (Clark) Binkowski.

A private graveside service will be held at Pine Grove Cemetery in Middletown, Ct. to honor and remember Ted. The Doolittle Funeral Home in Middletown, Ct, is assisting the family with the funeral arrangements.

Ted will be remembered for his love for his family. He struggled with alcoholism and appreciated the kindness he received from those who supported him in his life. His family thanks all that helped him and ask that kindness and compassion be shown to all battling addiction.
