Dear Dorothy, Kathy, and Barry,
I am so sorry to hear of Ted's passing. He was a most pleasant fellow to have known and worked with both at the Oakland and Bruceton locations of the Bureau of Mines. I first met Ted in 1966 and always enjoyed our many delightful conversations. Ted had great technical skills and was always there to lend a hand. He was truly a good friend to many. We all will miss such a great guy.
