Ted definitely made an awesome impact on myself and those around him with his bullet proof demeanor and work ethic. "These hands are made of iron, baby!" he would say... I worked with him side by side almost every day for over 5 years. I was his go to coworker for a lot of things over that time. We toiled hard together producing work that was a testament to his dedication to quality that may outlive me as it did him as parts in the fleet of the submarines of the U.S. Navy in which we took great pride in crafting together. Every day that guy gave his all to do as much work as humanly possible and I firmly believe they don't make 'em like Teddy any more. I felt honored to present him with the last birthday card he would ever get after we all signed it last November on his last birthday. I told him that we loved him, and we almost brought our old Teddy Bearskins to tears. Unlike those tears that did fall when his crew and I learned he had clocked out for the last time. That guy will be forever known by those of us that worked along side him closely at EB as a brother. He is and will be missed. My condolences and prayers are with his remaining family, and thank you Ted, for being one of a kind.
