Marshall was my cousin who lived in the house right in front of mine. He was 4 years older then I and was my childhood idol. I mean he played golf and rode the bus to take private trumpet lessons. Unheard of in our neighborhood in that era. Always a leader, so tall, handsome and popular. I could continue with these old, treasured memories of our childhood, but there's noone to share them with now. He turned out to be an even more impressive man than he was as a child. I loved him and will miss the last link of that time of life.
