Theophil John Zapolski

I recently had dinner with John and learned of his father, Theophil's passing; the family and everyone who loves him has my deepest condolences. I loved the stories John told about his father, especially, his "surprise" that each of the many times they went to Olive Garden for dinner he learned that they did, indeed, have his favorite desert of tiramisu. May we all take inspiration from Mr. Zapolski and delight in everyday pleasures.

Mr. Zapolski (Theophil) is the father to one of the best friends I´ve ever had, John.

It was a pleasure and inspiration knowing a man with such conviction and character for nearly 35 years.

If everyone modeled their life a little more like Theophil, the world would be a little brighter. Thank you Mr. Z,

I never met him, but I feel like I did.

I'm a close friend of Theophil's son, John. Through his stories over the years, it's clear what an exceptional person he was and how much of an impact he made on John's way of life and comportment. A beautiful thing. My thoughts are with the family. My deepest condolences.
