Mommy,
Already a month has gone by since you became our angel in the sky. It seems so unreal that you’re gone. It's like a bad dream that goes on and on. I ask God often WHY? But I never got an answer. I am so afraid that I will forget the sound of your voice that each night, before I go to sleep, I close my eyes and think of little things you used to say like "saint toast" or "your fooling" or the way you would say my name when you would call me on the phone.
You were always there for me and you taught me so much, you taught me to believe in myself, to never give up, but the most important thing you taught me was the meaning of Family. Nothing was more important to you. So to make you proud, I will show to Melissa and Patrick everything you taught me. I see so much of you in them and I'm so glad they had the chance to know there Grandmother, they will never forget you, nor shall I. There are so many more things I would like to tell you but now I can only tell you in my prayers.
I know you're watching over me because only you could give me the strength to get through this. One day Mom, we will be together again but until then, I love you Mom and I thank God for giving me a mother like you. A mother and daughter’s bond is forever.
We love you and will always miss you,
Debbie, Gerard, Melissa and Patrick XXXXXXX

Mom,
My biggest fear growing up was to loose a parent, whether young or old. Never did I imagine that God would’ve taken you so soon. I will never understand why! I still had so much to learn from you. You always had answers to my questions. They weren’t always the ones I wanted to hear, but they always turned out to be the right answers. I miss hearing your voice, your laugh. So many times I go to call you but then I realize that you won’t be there to pick up. Loosing you was the hardest thing I had to go through. It hurts me so much when I hear Zack say, “Nanny is sleeping with baby Jesus”. I just wish we would’ve had more time with you. You were such an inspiration to me, and to so many others. Everything that I have accomplished to this day is all thanks to you. You will always be Mom and Nanny #1!
I love you mom and no matter where you are, you will always be in our hearts.
Love,
Suzan, Sebastien & Zachary
