Theresa Falcone Obituary
Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Maria Martarano DeCarlo and graduated from Dunmore High School. She was a talented seamstress and known to be the best in Dunmore. She loved to bake and cook for her family and friends. She loved when everyone gathered at her home for holidays and family dinners. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Mountain View Care Center for all of their care and compassion.
Also surviving are sons, Joseph; and Frank and companion, Nancy Koester, all of Dunmore; a daughter, Paula Notari and husband, James, Scranton; grandchildren, James Jr., Thomas and Erin Notari, and Madelyne Samantha Falcone; a sister, Angie Saitta and husband, Cataldo; a brother-in-law, John Kaminski; many nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by brothers, William, baby Michael, Michael, Joseph and Frank DeCarlo; and sisters, Mary Kaminski, Carmella Stellitano and Esther DeCarlo.
The funeral will be Wednesday with Mass at 11 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church, 801 Taylor Ave., Scranton. Interment, Dunmore Cemetery.
Friends may call Wednesday from 10 until the time of Mass at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Immaculate Conception Church, 801 Taylor Ave., Scranton, PA 18510.

Dear Sam ,Frank ,Paula and Joe. I just discovered the passing of your dear sweet mother. She was a close friend of my mom Rose Mary for many years they worked on the sewing factory together your mom was the most kind considerate welcoming and loving human beings I have ever met. I never forgot her kindness to me and our family It saddens me deeply to know that she is gone. My heart breaks realizing I will not see her again. The only consolation I find is in the assurance that she winged her way into Heaven the moment she closed her eyes for the last time. I loved her dearly and I know she enjoys now the Splendor of Paradise
