Theresa (Terri) Marie Finn

Theresa "Terri" Marie Finn (Wethern), aged 71, lost her battle with cancer on August 19, 2024, in St. Paul, MN. Born on September 2, 1952, Terri, as she was affectionately known, was a beloved figure in her community and cherished by her family and friends.

Terri embarked on her career journey by owning two gift shops, Mickey Finn's, located in Hudson, WI, and Redwing, MN. Her entrepreneurial spirit and flair for design eventually led her to establish Designs Unlimited, where she provided interior design services for client homes. Later, she managed Healtheast gift shops at Woodwinds, St. Joseph's, St. Johns, and Bethesda, where her keen eye and caring nature made her a favorite among staff and visitors. After retirement, Terri continued to engage in her passion for retail by working at Orvis in St. Louis Park.

An attendee of St. Joseph's Academy, Terri was known for her artistic flair and love for the arts. She was an avid piano player and enjoyed attending live theater and music performances. Terri and her husband Ray shared a passion for traveling, exploring new places together and creating lasting memories.

Terri was a dedicated family woman, survived by her husband Ray, sons Dustin (Jacquelyn Lafayette), Charlie (Ashley), daughter Heather McDonough (Brent), and her adoring grandchildren Andrea, Emily, Erin, Jillian, Brock, Riley, Skylar, Keelin, Henry, and August. She also leaves behind her siblings Mary (Bill), Bernard (Sherri), Philip, Clare, Margaret, Anita (Tony), John (Amy), Lori, many nieces, nephews, and beloved friends. Terri was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Lois Wethern, and her brothers Thomas and Francis.

A Celebration of Life will be held on September 22, 2024, at the Muriel Sahlin Arboretum 2525 Dale Street North, Roseville, MN 55113 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with a short program at 3:00 PM. Attendees will gather to honor her life and the joy she brought to so many.
