The news of Tommy's passing hit me hard. My son, Nick, who died in 2009 went to St George with Tommy. I remember him as a great kid and I know he and Nick are exchanging memories of those days. You are all in our prayers,

I am so sorry to hear about Tom's passing. We had went to school together and he was always one of the nicest people to everyone. He always made me and everyone else laugh and smile no matter what kind of mood I or anyone else was in. The world has lost one of the best people that I have ever had the chance of meeting and knowing.

My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends during this tragic time. I am so sorry for your loss.

Tom was one of a tight band of friends through their youth. Pete and Tom played hockey together and were quite a pair of defenseman. We were very proud of them when they won the Lakeshore League playing for Fairview their senior year.

Tommy was such a sweet kid, with an infectious smile and an easy manner. He charmed everyone he came in contact with. We loved him as if he was our own. the was always a joy to have around.

His death has shattered us and his very large group of friends who are inconsolable. We will keep him in our hearts and remember him forever,

We are heartbroken over Tommy's passing and can't imagine what your going through. He was Josh's best friend through thick and thin. We loved Tom like he was our own and it just doesn't seem right. Josh reminded me of when I bought Tom a new pair of sneakers. I said " Tom , where are the sneakers ? He said with that smile , " I didn't want to get them dirty" ! I also remember Josh and Tom getting ready for hockey , they said they would start the car for me , it was cold out. Well , I went to the garage and yelled at both of them , asked if they heard of carbon monoxide ? They said yes , I said " Well , it would have been much better if you opened the door "! They laughed , I used to call them both "dumb & dumber"....and now we have one. We used to call him our "5th" son....going to miss to miss him terribly. All of our love goes out to you both with some prayers , that he comes to you both in a dream.....and say's " I'm ok Mom & Dad "

To the family of Tommy:
What a delightful person he was. I remember him coming to my house as our boys were growing up together. He never dodged me. Even if I was in another room, he went out of his way to come in and say, "Hi Mrs. Morton. How are you?" And then he would flash that bewitching smile and you'd just melt. I will always remember this polite and handsome young man and that endearing smile. God bless you, Tommy.
