ASHFORTH, Thomas H. W.W. II Veteran U.S. Navy Peacefully in hospital on Thursday, September 29, 2005 at the age of 81. Dearly beloved husband of Francoise "Frances" (nee Fleury). Loving father of Kent (Sheila), Bob (Elaine), Larry, Kathleen Brownrigg (Rick) and Mark (Valerie). Fondly remembered by his six grandchildren Michael, Alex, Kerri, Tyler, Jessica and Kevin. Dear brother of Betty Sweikert. Predeceased by one sister Margaret Voss and brother John (Patricia). Friends may visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road at Aviation Parkway on Monday Oct 3, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church, 400 St. Laurent Blvd., Ottawa on Tuesday, October 4, 2005 at 11 a.m. As an expression of sympathy memorial contributions to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute, 2411 - 40 Ruskin St., Ottawa K1Y 4W7 would be appreciated by the family.
