Thomas J. Borrelli, age 81 of Lakewood, NJ passed away on Saturday, 12/24/2022 at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune, NJ.  He was born in Hoboken, NJ and lived in Secaucus NJ and Spring Hill, Fl before moving to Lakewood in 2014.   He worked 65 years as a Roofer and in 1969 became the Owner/Operator of Hoboken Roofing in Hoboken until his retirement in 1992.   He loved playing golf and playing the piano.  His favorite pastime was woodworking.  He spent hours upon hours in his garage creating the latest project (which was probably a clock, he made a lot of clocks!). Thomas had a heart of gold and was willing to help anyone in need.  He was a wonderful and loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.  He will be missed beyond measure.   He was predeceased by his father Theodore, Mother Helen, brothers Michael and Charles, sisters Evelyn, Helen & Emily. He is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Judith (Hartwig) Borrelli; his loving children, Cheryl Paul of Brick, Thomas and his wife Victoria of Totowa, Michael of Seaside and Donna Youngling and her husband David of Long Island, NY; his brother, William Borrelli of Florida;  his sisters, Joan Glockner of Florida and Marie Borrelli of Hoboken; his grandchildren, Michael Rahbari and his wife Alayna, Nicholas Rahbari and his wife Jessica, Michael, Sarah, Jake and Nico Borrelli, Autumn and David Youngling; five great grandchildren; Layla, Cleo, Lennon, Nadia and Kylie; and several nieces and nephews. Interment was private.  A private Memorial will be held.
