Today, I was overcome by a need to track down Tommy. A google search brought me here, unfortunately. We used to play basketball at a gym in a Presbyterian church. There was nobody I liked there more than Tom. With his soft-spoken kindness, we felt close, and tried to play on each other's team. He came to my house several times, and talked of Kansas with my wife. Tom is just a warm-hearted guy that is easy to love. I'm both sad and mad at myself for waiting just a little too long to seek him out.

Tom was a wonderful human being . He would stay with my dad and mom when he would be traveling to Kansas to visit his family. My parents were his "First In-Laws" and we all loved Tom. He will be sadly missed by all of us. It was our pleasure to have known him.

So sorry to lose Tom so young and really unexpected. Tom was liked and respected by everyone and just a very nice guy. He was a loved part of our family for what seems like forever. So sorry for Judy and family and Megan and family. There will be a hole in the hearts of so many people who loved him.
