Richard Miller Obituary
Richard John Miller, 79, of Whitehouse, OH, passed away July 8, 2022. He was born May 25, 1943, in Alvin, IL, to Stuart and Helen (French) Miller. Richard was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He served our country from 1961-1967, serving on the USS Observation Island.
Richard worked as service manager at GE Medical Systems for 28 years, he retired in 2002. Richard was a member of the Zenobia Shrine Patrol Unit and Whitehouse, OH, American Legion. He was a jokester, a gadget man, and a John Deere Fan.
He married Roberta "Bobbi" (Ammerman) June 28, 1991, she survives; along with children, Terri (Dave) Corner of Leesburg, IN, Kym (Pat) Leffers of Albion, IN, Matt (Kari) Easter of Toledo, OH, and Josh (Robin) Easter of Martin, OH; 16 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; brother, Tom (Debby) Miller of Paris, IL; and sister, Connie (Doral) Miller of Savannah, GA. He was preceded by his parents; brother, Dean Miller; grandson, Joshua Easter II; granddaughter, Taylor Easter; and nephews, Chad and Joshua Miller.
Richard's visitation will be held Wednesday, July 13, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at Peinert-Dunn Funeral Home, 7220 Dutch Rd., Waterville, OH.
