In memory of
Douglas Abronski
February 24, 2010
Joey,
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I lost my Dad 2 years ago and there is not a day I don't think about him but memories are a great thing. I remember many many years ago our Dads being involved with us with Indian Guides. It's a good thing they were very supportive but not as involved with our lives and the day to day at Widener. Has Greg had anymore sleeping walking episodes? :)
When you get the chance, please give me a call and we can catch up.
Peace,
Doug Abronski

Dear Doris and "the kids":
Very sorry to hear of your loss. Tom was fun to work for and always entertained the office with a series of jokes, especially if he had been away for a bit. In my years of working at FB/FF, I always felt completely comfortable with Tom's business practices. Tom gave me my first break in public relations and I am still "practicing" 25 years later. For that I will always be grateful. And, he was a charitable man as well. Fun loving with good ethics. I fondly remember my trip to your home in the Poconos. He will be missed by many. My deepest condolences to all of you.

To Tom's Families and Friends,
I was a business peer of Tom's, though I have not seen Tom in nearly a decade. We were both industry leaders, and though we owned "competing" firms in fact we both were just having a great time and respected and enjoyed each other's company. Tom was a very fine man, an honest professional and beacon for thousands. Our industry and our world is so much richer for the standards he set and the kindness he showed us all. God bless...

Tom was the epitome of the phrase, "He's a good man." I had the good fortune and privilege of marrying into Tom's side of the family ten years ago. Kind, considerate, caring and genuine, Tom was the best of uncles to my wife and a "great" great-uncle to my kids. Thanks Tom and God bless.

I'm very sad to hear about Tommy, my first boyhood friend from long ago when we both lived on the 1800 block of S. 57th St. in sw Phila., MBS parish. Our paths crossed occasionally throughout our lives but my deepest memories will always be of Tom (and all the Brinkers) from the "old neighborhood", great friend and sort of the "big brother" I didn't have.
God bless Tom and all his family. I share your loss.
