Thomas V Carter

It was very sad to hear Mr. Carter passed away. I remember his kindness and the talks we had years ago about my plans for the future. I used those talks as motivation to always stay true to oneself and strive to be respected and positive in everything I attempted to accomplish. My thoughts and prayers will always remind me of his sincerity. I hope the family finds comfort in that he helped a lot of people and never will be forgotten.
