I don´t have the words to express how devastated I was to find this. I just keep thinking back to the very first day we met, how you saw me through that little square window and we became instant best friends. Oh, Tommy, the memories are so many I could fill a stack of notebooks! Sliding my Nirvana CD across the hallway, the Kurt poster, your first car, the hubcap incident! I´m laughing through my tears. We were basically extensions of each other for years. We went different ways as we got older but you always had a place in my heart that no one else could ever occupy, despite our later life experiences and differences. What I wouldn´t give to be able to call you and hear your voice just one more time! I will never ever forget you. I still have our T/T journal after over 20 years. I will cherish it always. I will cherish the memories always. You are at peace now. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

I was very sorry to hear about Tommy. I used to live down the street from you and my ex-husband worked on his cars for him. I believe I met his dad when we first moved there in Nov 2014. Anyway, Tommy was, of course, very friendly, but also very kind to me. It saddens me to hear of his untimely passing. I am sure Gerard would want me to send along his condolences as well. Our thoughts are with you.
