Dear Cousins,

Our family lived on John Giel Drive and I remember all of the Giel family growing up.. My Grandmother was a Giel who was married to a Gallenz. I have many wonderful memories visiting at the white farm house at the end of the road with Uncle Rob and the entire family. I own a 10 acre partial of the original farm back on John Giel Drive.

My sincere sympathy to the entire Giel family.

Sincerely,

Jim Walsh

A wonderful man has walked the valley with him at his side. Knew Tom for many years when I lived in Gibsonia. Went to High School with Mary and knew Gerry in Butler. Mary, Gerry and the rest of the Giel family, may the Lord bless you with a long wonderful life as your father had.

I played with Penny, Jeff, Tom and Bob as a child. With all of us that played with his and Peggy's children, Thank You. I will not be able to be at the viewing today. Regrets !

My father, Walter Jones, valued Tom and Peg as wonderful, faithful friends. He looked forward to and so enjoyed their weekly games of Mexican train and Peg's delicious cooking. They were a special part of his life!

Anyone who lived in the Gibsonia area knew of the Giel family. Left Gibsonia over 10 years ago but sure my Giel garage door is still operating. You are a angel, Diane, with all your care.

So sorry for your loss. Mr Giel just gave me an estimate on my garage doors a couple of weeks ago. Such a sweet man!
