Chief Tom Gorman was a great friend to me during my tenure as Director of Inspectional Services in Quincy from 1997-2004. He encouraged a close working relationship between Quincy Fire and ISD. We worked closely on many city issues while serving on the Quincy License Board. We both served on the Mass State Police early in our careers so we started off with that bond and our relationship grew from there. I learned a great deal from him about how to treat people with respect and kindness in many different situations. May He Rest in Peace Eternal. Your brothers have the Watch now, Chief. Rest Easy.
