Well, I'm 82yrs.old and I meet Tom and Nora in the Banjoes of Michigan
when I guess I was about 40yrs old. Ann & Nora carried the band with their skillful leads, I didn't think the Band could play without them. I wouldn't book a job until I knew they were available. Nora told me once she was from the Upper Penn. here in Mi. Tom was every inch a man. I miss them dearly, even though I hadn't seen them for a long while. Two of the dearest, people I have ever known. I'll go back to band
practice tomorrow knowing the rest of them will never know the wonderful values they stood for and believed in.

Our family knew Tom through our Aunt Dora. When we were visiting her in York Beach, he would always say "the Canadians are here!" Followed by big hugs. We all loved him so much. He spoke of Jay and Mark all the time. He was so proud of you both. We will miss him.
