I am so glad that after my move back to NJ from Minnesota we were able to get together several times. We had many enjoyable conversations about family, the wall business and Woodmere Island. I honor your service to country and you will always be missed and loved.

What a kind, genuine, sweet man Tom was. I had the pleasure of working with Tom at Steelcase; in fact he trained me to take over his role on the West Coast so he could move back "home". He was certainly a tough act to follow. My thoughts are with Tom´s family and friends. May his memory be a forever blessing.

I was privileged to know and work with your father when Hauserman Walls became a part of Steelcase. Tom was a Gentleman and a very good man. I love that he took care of Veterans and their families at the cemetery. Selfless. God Bless Tom and all of his family.

I have very fond memories of working with Tom in the UK. He was such a gentleman, always smiling, and everyone in the office was very fond of him.
My husband and I send our deepest condolences to all the family.

What a great guy Tom was and he helped make a fantastic family! He was and will always be a great friend to my family and a close buddy of Terry Sherk my step father. I hope they are both telling stories and having a laugh up in heaven together right now.

I met Tom at the Yardley VFW 6393 after I had joined. He was a friendly man and always talked. Can remember a time when he told me about his tour in Vietnam. When I told him I had his grandchildren aboard my bus for school he was happy. Tom you will be missed by many. No more pain. Rest In Peace my friend.

Tom was my Sigma Tau Gamma "Little Brother" at West Chester University. A finer man you will never meet.
Always there to help those in need.
So dedicated to Karen and the boys.
He will be sorely missed at our many get togethers.

I remember visiting my cousins in Pennsylvania for the first time. I'd known my Uncle Tom as my Dad's next oldest brother, so it was fun to meet Tom's 9 kids including Tom Jr. The oldest. I remember a close knit family who were the fastest grace reciters I'd ever seen. Must have been with 9 kids you better finish up and get eating before it was all gone.

Tom and I served together at NAS Lemoore, Ca. in 1967. I will forever have fond memories of our times together and the kindness shown by he and Karen toward those of us that were single and living on base. They were always having cookouts, dinners, and sharing their lives with others. We reconnected around 2010 and remained in touch from then on. My wife and I stopped by their home in Newtown in 2018 and then enjoyed a dinner at one of their favorite restaurants - at their expense, because Tom was not about to not buy an old friend dinner. That was Tom. Others always came first!

His love of family, friends, shipmates and the gratitude he showed all veterans will never be exceeded. Tom took us on a tour of Washington's Crossing National Cemetery and proudly pointed out that would be his final resting place. Tom's dedication to the VFW, the veterans resting at the National Cemetery, and his posts on Memorial Day, Flag Day, Veterans Day, and the Fourth of July were ever present reminders of his love of country.

My heart goes out with love and prayers to Karen and the family at this time of transition. May your enduring faith bring you peace. We have the watch, Tom!
