I am so late with this message. I am an avid photographer with most of my photos of the Canadian arctic and many provinces. I have seen photos from Tommy in places that I could never quite figure out why he would be there thousands of miles from his home. One place is Lennard Manitoba where he took photos of graves where my great grandparents (burla) donated land as homesteaders and built the first Romanian church. I wish I had contacted him while he was alive. To his family and friends to know he did something special to highlight people that would have been otherwise forgotten. I am now on the same quest as I retire. Tim Kalushka

My favorite memory of Tommy was meeting up with him at a bowling alley. When he saw me he lit up and came running to great me with a great smile on his face then brought me back to meet his team. He had so much love of life and his people. He will be remembered fondly and deeply missed.

Forever grateful for knowing Tommy, as Tommy's image of a little boy in the Canyon (same haircut), and the image of him with his Studebaker will forever be remembered in my mind. 'Thank You Tommy' for being a good friend to my brother Donnie growing up. May you be soaring in Heaven with him, and reminiscing about Canyonite days. I am happy we got to catch up and Donnie's memorial. So very sorry to hear of your passing. My parents, Don and Cheryl Reed~ send their loving thoughts and hope for peace for your family. Tommy & I had a working relationship for many years in the promotional products industry.
Thougfh I never physically met Tommy, it seemed we had a genuine bonding of a working relationship, as well as, a true friendship.

Life goes by so fast. Having knew / met Tommy 15 years ago, we stayed in touch from time-to-time throughout the years. His energy was amazing as was his zest for life. I am so sorry to hear of his passing; my thoughts are with his family during their difficult time.

We are so sorry to read this about Tommy. He is a relative to my husband Pete, but was my friend on facebook. I liked Tommys openness and his dedication to family history. I shall miss him on here and his postings in email.
