Tom will always be remembered as a consummate professional, respected colleague, and a helpful friend.
It was a pleasure to have known him, and an enriching experience to have worked with him.
Heart felt condolences to his family.

Marsha and I were very sorry to hear about Tom and she joins me in extending our heartfelt condolences. Over the years at Bleichroeder Bing, Tom was a mentor to me. He taught me a great deal about the industry and especially reinsurance. I started out in the Marine department and Tom gave me the opportunity to join the reinsurance department. He encouraged me to make the change and I am grateful that I followed his advice. He was most helpful to me especially as it relates to Israel. My first visit to Israel was with Tom when he introduced me to that market. We eventually established a separate company in Tel Aviv and as a result Aon is now the largest reinsurance broker in Israel.
Tom was a true leader who represented the essence of Bleichroeder Bing which ultimately carried on to A&A and Thomas Greene. Above all, he was a gentleman and an exceptional human being. Mostly, we remember some wonderful times we shared in Monte Carlo. I recall very vividly our attendance at the 25th anniversary of the Rendezvous in Monte Carlo at which time Tom, Joan, Marsha and I danced together with Prince Rainier and Princess Grace. We will miss him.
