I am saddened by the news of dear Tom's passing. He was a wonderful man to whom I looked up as a mentor and father figure as far back as when I was a young child in the early 1970's. My fondest memories of him include his funny and unforgettable performances at the traditional Bovey sing-a-longs on MANY New Year's Eve parties in Ste-Adele where he made strumming a piece of rope on a can look like Carnegie Hall material! He was kind, friendly, loving, and an eternal part of my personal heritage. As a final note, I am honored that he was a part of my father's (Chritopher A.Q. Bovey) beautiful wedding party in 1956 as an Usher. I will never forget him. We love you and pray for your family's healing. ...........

Much love and remembrance,

Dear Heather
I was so sad to hear from Mom and Dad about Tom's passing. I remember well many happy times with all of you at Brule and more recently chatting with him at dinner in Montreal. He was such a kind man.

My thoughts are with all of you.

To Heather, their children and grandchildren, we express our most heartfelt sympathies. Tom was a great Godfather to me in my youth and our visits at New Year's in Ste.-Adele were always a good time to connect again.
