Father Homa was assigned to St Dominic Church from 1980 to 1985. He was indeed a great priest. We've been missing him at St. Dominic's since 1985.

I graduated from Our Lady of Fatima in 2007. I alter served with Father Homa for a few years, and i got the chance to speak with him every day during or after school.I honestly have never admired anyone more than i admired him. Father was always so personable and lively, it seemed as though nothing could ever bring him down. The one quality that i loved most about him, was how he truly cared about the school, and everyone in it. He recognized all the students and referred to them by name, he even had funny nicknames for them.Father also participated in all the school activities. He was sweet, funny, and an all around great guy. I know that I, along with so many more, will miss Father Homa and will keep him and his family in our prayers always.

Father always had a special place in our hearts, Not only did he baptize all of our children...He also baptized me through the RCIA! Father would even allow me to debate him from time to time!! He came to one our Christening parties, and played in a game of horseshoes. My brother in-law had always fondly referred to him as Father Horseshoe after that day. He will be missed. Condolences to his family and friends. God Bless

Thank you for great memories: For bringing your devotion to the Divine Mercy to us; sharing your home in the Poconos and celebrating Joseph's christining. May you rest in the peace of Our Lord.
Jesus we trust in you.
