Thomas Hooper Obituary
Knoxville, TN - Hooper, 74, of Knoxville, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2024, after a courageous two-year battle with Multiple Myeloma.
Born on November 28, 1949, in Nashville, Tennessee, Hooper was a graduate of the University of Tennessee. He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
Hooper is survived by his devoted wife of 48 years, Patricia "Pat" Hooper; daughter, Maggie Brown, and her husband, Dwight Brown; and granddaughter, Christine Brown. He will also be deeply missed by his sister, Kathy Wright (Mark); brother, Don Hooper (Ann); brothers-in-law, Greg Bennett (Margy) and George Bennett; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Cleo Hooper of Nashville, Tennessee.
A celebration of life for Hooper will be held on Saturday, June 22nd, 2024, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, at Bridgewater Place in Knoxville, Tennessee.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Hooper's memory to support Multiple Myeloma research at the American Cancer Society.
