Thomas HOULE Obituary
July 20, 1935 – May 16, 2012
On May 16, 2012, Tom Houle of Morinville passed away suddenly at the University Hospital at the age of 76 years.
He will be forever remembered by his loving wife, Denise; daughters, Lise (Gary) of Calgary, and Viviane (Stefan) of Roberts Creek, BC; three grandchildren, Thomas, Anne and Jessie; as well as one brother, three sisters, his aunt, brothers-in-law, sisters-in- law, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Tom was predeceased by his parents, Ernest and Irma Houle; and brother, Roland.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at St. Jean Baptiste Church in Morinville. In lieu of flowers please provide donations to the Cross Cancer Institute of Edmonton, 11560 University Avenue, Edmonton, AB T6G 1Z2.

Dear Viviane,
I send my heartfelt sympathy to you and your family as you mourn the loss of your Dad. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him in the community. He was a generous and good-hearted man.
My memories of Mr.Houle include weekend camping trips where we would return to camp after an afternoon of exploring the forest and be greeted with a roaring fire and the most delicious barbequed steak I had ever tasted.
May you find comfort in your memories during this sad time. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

We are truly saddened by Tom's death.It's difficult to lose a friend we've known since high school.We will always treasure the card games (barouche) we shared with you & Tom.

I am saddened by the passing of Tom. To me he was Mr. Morinville. His manner was pleasant, advice was sound, sense of humour natural; a combination yielding a life well lived.
