Dr. Michelle O´Brien-Palmer

June 26, 2024

I met Tom and his brother, Mike, when I was scorekeeper for the boy´s swim team at HBHS. I worked out with the boys and girls swim teams, so I was nicknamed "Mike." He was such a nice and polite young man and a good friend. I last saw him when he graduated from high school. My parents moved to WA and we lost touch. I ended up going to school at the University of WA, marrying the love of my life, Gid Palmer, and writing books for children and teachers as Dr. Michelle O´Brien-Palmer. I´m sorry the world has lost Tom. I´m happy to see he had a wonderful life with his loving family. I have never forgotten him or Mike.
