Thomas "Tucker" Leone is a very decent and outstanding community member.
I remember sitting in on many sessions of Auburn City Court where Tucker represented many clients before then Associate City Court Judge James G. Cuddy.
Even though Judge Cuddy and Tucker Leone were opponents in the 1978 race for Associate City Court Judge, I always remember both gentlemen were clearly pillars in the Auburn legal community.
And if Tucker represented you in a DWI, The DA's office had two choices---plea bargain or face losing a jury trial.
Tucker you are going to sorely miised by the community and your family.
Best Wishes to your family.

Oh God you guys, what can I/we say? I/we LOVED Uncle Tucker so much and will miss him and his stories! I know I've been in the family for almost 30 years and he has always treated me like a Leone! Almost every time I saw him, how he loved telling me the story about Grandpa Gunner and how Gunner thought "I was a tough girl"! Still can't see that?
Uncle Tucker you will be soooo missed!
To ALL of the Leone family, Jerry and I are sorry we couldn't be there, but please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers and wish you the best and keep all the great memories of Tucker with you, as we only have the greatest memories of him and will deeply miss him!!! To Tucker's family...Where would Auburn be on the map if it were not for natives such as Tucker Leone and his brothers, their families...and his. Tucker was one of the nice guys, always greeting people as friends. I remember him from since I was a kid and he was a young man. I pray that he is in the Heaven we all pray for and believe in...and that there he is reunited with the kindred soules who went before him. Those who he leaves behind, be proud of him and trust that our God has him seated at His side. As life ends, it begins.

You have little idea of how many people are talking stories of Tucker tonight and for the next few days. Lois was telling moments that her father told her, and she was telling stories of Tucker. So very sad to read of Tucker's passing. Tucker was my attorney when I needed one when I lived in Auburn. He was a rock when I needed one and even if I didn't want a rock, he was one, yet I always felt a connection with him. My Mom will be saddened to learn this news. Tucker always called me Betty, even when I told him no one called me Betty, he did. Tom and family your Father, as I am sure you know touched so many lives with his sincerity, warmth, knowledge and poise. It is a very warming feeling to know that I could call Tucker my friend.
