Tom was a man I admired very much, he was always willing to lend a hand or give his knowledge and wisdom when I asked. He will not be forgotten!

Jane,
Tom and I had a special friendship thru you. His positive attitude and never ending smile will be what I will always remember about him. May you find comfort in the fact he was loved by many.

I truly enjoyed serving as a City Councilman with my colleague Tom Millett. He was always prepared, always respectful, and always pushing to make El Monte a great city. He was a wonderful colleague. We achieved a great deal, and we also had a lot of fun doing it. God bless Tom and his family at this time.
