Tom was born in Portland, Oregon, the younger son of Lewis Raymond Moore Sr., and Elizabeth (Glover) Moore. He is a graduation of David Douglas High School and was self employed in the Portland area.
Tom enjoyed camping, hunting and fishing with his family. Also trips to Mexico and Hawaii.
Tom is survived by his life partner, Rhonda Saulser; his parents; brothers, Ray "Sonny" and William "Lucky" Moore; sisters, Catherine "Cassie" Siebdrath and Raelynn "Missie" Robinson; Sister in-law, Sheri and Salisa Moore; Brothers in-law, Gary Siebdrath and Michael Robinson; Aunts, Colleen Glover of Gresham and Joan Moore of Happy Valley, Oregon; Lilian Mokiao of Hawaii; Uncles Robert Glover of Hawaii and james Patterson of Texas; his life partner's mom Beverly Saulser and brother Richard Saulser; many nephews, nieces and cousins. A celebration of life will be held @2:00pm on Sept. 23,2017 at 35000 SE Bell Maple Dr. Boring, Oregon
Arrangements under the direction of Gateway Little Chapel of the Chimes, Portland, OR.

I have Great memories of us Hunting, crabing,and playing at the beach. Those Hot summer days playing frisbee at the river,and you spreading your love of plants,and Green thumb to me. Your slow, and methodical way of doing things to perfection will be missed cousin.

We shared many good times; you were always there for me with ideas, seeing what repairs or maintenance needed to be done on my house.
