Tom was my neighbor. He was a better neighbor than I. We met outside under the huge tree that he was eager to trim to keep it from being a bother to me. He was always cheerful and positive about his illness in that he could extend his life. He loved his wife, his family, his friends and his dog and that was apparent. He spoke of how his dog, Sam, brought joy to the kids from the elementary school in our neighborhood. He would walk Sam at about the time school would let out. I hardly knew him, but knew enough of him to know he was kind and gentle and a gift to those close to him. He made me wish I had known him better. I have a feeling he tried to make things better no matter where he was.

It was an honor and privilege to have met Tom & Kaye in the Villages, FL. Tom was always making us laugh and I enjoyed the times we attended church functions, eating out and playing games. You both are missed! Kaye, I delight in knowing that Tom is now with Jesus, healed and rejoicing. I continue to lift you and your family up in prayer as you enter this next chapter of life that God has for all of you.

Dear Kaye and Family, Our love and sympathy go out to all of you. Tom was a very special man. He loved God, Kaye, family, friends and his country deeply. He had a twinkle of humor in his eyes that touched all who knew him. I am honored to be a Village Friend. May God grant each family member with a special memory that will continue Tom's great legacy. May each of you have perfect peace knowing Tom is now with his Lord and Savior. Marjie Setser (The Villages, FL)

Tom was a big part of my life when I was younger. He was not home alot because he was in the military. Him and Kaye visited once a year and I always enjoyed that. He will be sadly missed, such a great person and will be remembered that way to his family. Terry and Cynthia Kearney.

Tom was very special to me when I was growing up, he wasn't home much because he was in the military. He did teach me how to catch flies when we would go to church together. I will miss his visits when him and Kaye came home. I'm sure he is with his parents and sister by now. You will be missed. Terry and Cindy your favorite sister

God let us cross paths with Tom and Kaye Mowers in June of 2004 in Seoul, South Korea. We became known to others as the "Fabulous Four' and we enjoyed many great adventures together. We went to Beijing, China, for Thanksgiving; attended PWOC conferences; and spent many subway rides to see Mrs. Yi in Incheon. Tom and Kaye are truly God's messengers. We will miss him terribly but we know he's rejoicing with our Lord and we know our Lord will care for Kaye.

Tom and Kate entered our lives at a time we needed to get God back in our life. We already miss him and his understanding and love. We know he is pain free and with God now, and that helps us.

I have fond memories of Mr. Mowers and the family when I was in high school with Carolyn. I can recall watching movies and eating amazing popcorn!! Thank you for the kindness you showed an awkward teenager. To Mrs. Mowers, Carolyn and family, my sincere condolences. Mr. M had a big personality and though he is with Heavenly Father, he will no doubt be very missed here.

Sincere sympathy to family and friends. I worked with Tom for several years when he was in Contracting at Tinker AFB OK. He was a very dedicated and faithful federal employee and supported the Air Force mission always in an outstanding manner. Although I haven't seen Tom in several years I have many special memories of him.
